Had a unit for a week and it was broken into. My lock was cut and 80% of my stuff was stolen with very personal information inside. When I told the lady at front desk she said camera did not work and basically I was out of luck!!! This is suppose to be a secure place but it ABSOLUTELY is not!! I would run the other way if considering renting here or dont put ANYTHING you value in their units. Totally ridiculous!

They where very nice. The process took less that 10 minutes. They have very reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone.
