The people that work at this place are so kind and wonderful, very helpful and always available to answer questions. The rates are very affordable for the area and the gated access is super nice. However, the storage unit itself is unfortunately pretty bad. When we first checked out the unit, it was covered floor to ceiling with huge spiders and tons of other bugs. No problem, we are in the South and those things happen. We cleared out the spiders and set some glue traps to catch future ones. After only having our glue traps down for about 2 weeks, we opened our unit to find no less than 10 dead mice on the traps with droppings everywhere. We immediately moved out. I unfortunately can’t recommend this place to securely store stuff, as we had numerous bug and rodent issues with only storing our stuff for less than a month.

The owners of this storage are super kind and helpful. I would recommend this place and have time and time again to friends and family, even those I'm not familiar with in search of a storage unit! A little pricey but worth it for the gated entry, access hours, maintenance and upkeep around the units!
