A Family Storage

Worst self storage ever. Twice in the past 6 weeks their gate has been broken, they do not inform their customers at all. Both times our lock was cut off and this time our unit was ransacked and items stolen. They take zero responsibility, Mario is super rude and lazy and they charge too much for their crappy service. Would not recommend and we will be moving what items are left.

I had a wonderful experience over the past year of renting a storage unit from them. I moved from my house and used it as a temporary staging unit to clean and organize my life. I got my unit the same day and moved right in. Good communication, easy online portal for payments and managing my unit, and great staff!

We used a different facility for years. When we recently moved my mother we needed more than one unit. This location is perfect for her new home and their prices are almost have what we were paying at the other location allowing us to rent two units for the same price as one at the other location. The staff seems to live there and actually care about us and our stuff. It's a nice feeling to feel the items are looked after.
