AA Universal Self Storage

3 stars being the average of 5 stars for Miguel and Walter 1 star for my valuables being stolen. Only put what you don't care about in storage because if it doesn't get stolen, the owners will auction it when your rent becomes late subject to their terms. A lot of homeless people camp and live inside the storage units. I wish this facility would find ways to have more cameras that don't violate privacy policies. This facility should consider better metal that isn't simple to bend. And extra security on the units. Maybe like a gate or barbwire between the unit door. Idk but the contracting behind it clearly isn't secure if a druggie can access it. My unit was accessed after access hours at 9:50pm. Due to negligence on the side gate. Miguel and Walter provided exceptional community service and professional resolutions. This positivity reenforced forward moving and almost makes up for the negativity of my items being stolen--disregarding the finances behind the items.
