I rent units at another location in this same city, owned by this same company. DO NOT RENT HERE! I have been reporting, urgently for 4 days now, and no one calls you back. Or emails you back. This company WILL NOT protect and secure your items... nor take any action to fix major issues, like their building falling apart and a completely broken door!

Decinda was so helpful this morning! She made this process of reserving a unit so easy. She showed me the map of the complex and explained where to park and I found where I needed to go easily. I examined my unit and it was clean and just the size I needed.
