I went here today for a tow dolly to rent and had a great experience. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. The reservation was fast and I was hooked up and one my way in about 15 minutes. This place is a good down to earth place to rent storage room or a place to park your rv or other items. The prices are very good because they keep it simple. I will definitely recommend this location

Rented a trailer and trailer wasn’t available for me when I arrived, staff was pleasant and helpful.

Very upsetting experience with this uhual dealer. TERRIBLE customer service. They rented me a truck with a loose panel in the floor and when my friend stepped on it, it caved in causing him to fall and hurt his ankle. I left a voicemail that they had rented me broken hazardous equipment and received a call the next day from a rude lady named Christina Garza. Apparently she’s the manager there and you could tell from the moment I answered the call she didn’t have an ounce of sympathy for the situation they put my friend in. She gave me a number for uhual customer service and had the audacity to tell me “good luck”. Needless to say I won’t rent from this uhual again.
