All Points Warehouse

I have shared this with google so many times and it never appears on the website which is super unfortunate. I just want to make sure that everybody that needs storage and the corporate offices of All Points Warehouse Winchester - Shawnee to know that their manager Lucia is one of the best customer service representative management I’ve ever worked with and I’m 50 years old! I also want corporate and to all future customers to know that I’ve never worked with anyone who is so involved, professional and empathetic to each customers needs. I assure you…I can promise you that if I ever need storage again, Lucia is the first person. I will call wherever she’s at. Because she is in my opinion, too good To be true and anybody would be lucky to have her as upper management actually. So I am gonna close with this: Lucia, thank you so much for the past five or so years that I have been renting a storage unit from you. You have been the best and I mean that literally figuratively, etc. and to upper management, Lucia deserves a raise and promotion and then while you’re at it you should have her train all your new employees. I rented a 5 x 10 ft. storage unit at Shawnee Dr. Winchester VA location for a very long time and whenever I needed information I was always promptly helped by the staff at the office. I vacated the unit in March with great help from RJ'S Deliveries... Thank you for everything. :-) Affordable prices and professional team.
