Do not ever rent from this facility! They should be shut down immediately! I’ve had my unit for 6 years. I had no problems when there was a manager on site. Since they decided to go remote, it’s been horrible! There’s no security, clearly the surveillance cameras don’t work, and they’re no help when you call. I was going to move my things out this past week due to their prices going up so much. I started out paying $89 and I last paid $204. When I got there, my storage unit along with over 30 more had been broken into. The police officer that came told me that this has been a problem and that no one would do anything. Not once have I received a call or email to inform me of a massive break-in but they consistently send out an invoice every month. I called the company, filed a police report and have been trying to file an insurance claim, with no success. They definitely deserve a negative rating! Update: Noone has ever tried to reach me regarding this matter so that’s not true! I’ve sent an email and have yet to receive a response.

When I first moved in there was already some else's items in my unit. My friend and I moved all of their stuff to another unit and I notified a representative. They kindly were able to make up for the inconvenience on my first bill. Other than that once I was able able to move out of storage, all of my items were still in good condition and all of my items were still there. I do recommend this facility, just be sure to report any incidents and it will be taking care of swiftly. Mr. Aron was able to process my moving out process swiftly and explained the process very well. He also made sure to answer any questions I had effectively, and with a positive attitude.

The rent has increase from $176.00 to $200.00 for the inside air condition unit. They are under new management and they are very rude. I called and asked why my storage unit increased both people hung the phone up. I called again this person wanted the last four digits of my drivers license number for what? She said something about protocol I told her the last two people didn’t ask me that. They ask me to confirm my address and email. Then I said let me speak with the manager she said she were the property manager. I said no your not and she hung the phone up. I will be moving my stuff out. I can’t afford $200 and rudeness.
