Ample Storage Center

I am really glad I chose Ample Storage. From the first phone call, to my move in day, to my random service requests, their staff is excellent. I have interacted with three different staff members and each of them provided stellar service. Paul is one of the nicest guys. My unit is clean. Its always well lit. I have climate control and the area never smells. The public bathroom is also surprisingly immaculate. I feel safe and secure with my belongings at Ample Storage in Mechanicsville.

I came into the Mechanicsville location and was looking for a small storage unit after my husband‘s passing. I could not bear to keep a lot of items in my home and the compassion, patience and love that I received from Paul was absolutely amazing and I must admit quite unexpected in this day and age. It was so nice to be treated with such respect and I even got a cup of hot chocolate that was the icing on the cake! My unit was the small size that I needed and it was spotless . Can’t forget to mention that the bathrooms are immaculate. I will give them a 10+ rating and I would recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the Richmond and surrounding area. I absolutely love Ample Storage. The facility is immaculate always and worth the money. I feel very secure about my storage there . The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is beyond amazing and very pleasant people to talk with. I love it here and will highly recommend anyone that is looking for a storage.
