Over the years, I’ve worked with several delivery companies and there was always some kind of issue—until we started working with BAS. I recently used this storage and delivery service, and while the actual storage and delivery aspects went smoothly, my experience with the owner & ops director left much to be desired. When I reached out with questions about certain fees, I was met with a surprising lack of empathy. Instead of a constructive conversation, the response was dismissive, and I felt threatened when I was told that any further discussion (leaving a review) could lead to legal action for slander. This reaction was not only unnecessary but also made me uncomfortable. In an industry where client relations are crucial, it's disappointing to encounter such a lack of understanding and support.
