Bellflower Self Storage

Rented a U-Haul from here but I feel like should also just get storage because the staff here is incredible. Alex and Sherry are true gems that went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place for U-Haul needs and storage

Despite being a repeat customer, Bellflower was extremely inflexible with us on cancelling our spot and we're now paying $240 for a full month's reservation despite having been moved out a week before the month began. We tried to cancel our spot and their office was closed during business hours. From there, we were traveling and off the grid/unable to call them, and when I called on the 2nd of the month they refused to be flexible with us and charged us the month anyway. Really disappointed in their customer service.
