Broyles Storage Facility

No customer service outside of normal hours. I tried to call to get my U-haul rental on a Saturday morning since their website said they were open. Turns out you have to have a gate code to get in to pick up and drop off the truck for local rentals, a process which is not easy. I never received a phone call back after leaving a message for them.

The people are nice but the non temperature controlled units are connected to other units via a gap near the ceiling. So if your unit neighbor has an infestation the bugs might climb into your unit. Wanna combat moisture in your unit? They will open up the unused units to do whatever and leave them open for days.

Friendly, the uhaul stuff is a bit sketchy and doesn't make sense. I rented a uhaul and was charged for the weekend and mileage I brought her back a day early, half the mileage and more fuel than what it had to start with, and paid the full amount when I was told it was likely to be less. The app wanted to charge only 80 for the use, so why did I pay almost 200. I'd say do your math before renting the uhaul. However, it was a necessity and the guy made it seamless
