Horrible experience here. They overcharged me and added late fees to my unit once the free month was up, even though I submitted my autopay info. On several occasions the gate was broken and access hours are very limited. The manager Dave is not helpful and pretends to be a good person, but he does everything in his power to stick it to the customer and screw you for more money. They force you to use their lock and make it impossible if you should misplace keys, to gain access. They refuse to authorize users and make it impossible to get in the gate if you dont have the passcode either. I attempted every path to get the final items after my keys were misplaced on the property as I had to leave town, and closing out my unit has been a nightmare. They refuse to do anything over the phone or email. If you try to work with them in anything and stay within contract compliance, the manager will find a way to screw you over. A very outdated system and the worst experience I've ever had in 20 years of renting storage. The manager who lives onsite is argumentative and loses paperwork. He also blames customers for his own negligence, loses his temper and cusses like a sailor if you have any special needs to be sure they are not met. I will be sure to never refer this place to anyone ever! 47 years in this town and it's the absolute worst place to store your belongings. They don't care at all about your things, and will force you into legal problems and headaches if you rent space here.

I’ve been a customer for a little over a year now and I gotta say that I’m mostly satisfied. David is awesome. He’s always the person I’ve talked to when I come here and he was the one who set me up with my account. I have received a call from a woman, but not sure her name but she seemed pleasant from the once interaction. One thing I’ve really liked is that they seemed to have the best bang for your buck and they will charge late fees, but they have been great at calling me to avoid me having to pay late fees. David says this is something they do for folks who do autopay. I changed banks and so my original card no longer worked, so they called me to do a payment over the phone. The downsides I have are not small but nothing I feel deserves low rating. - my monthly payment went up by about $20 a few months ago which is a huge percentage from when I started. - the hours are lackluster. If I remember correctly, you have access to your storage between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week, but the office is only open 8 AM to 5 PM. This has only been an issue for me in that they require you to physically come in to make changes to your payment. These are bank hours, so difficult for some people to make time to come in. BUT they are open these same hours on Sat/Sun, so this is a non issue for most people. David was also really awesome one day in letting me come a little after 5 (just don’t come expecting that to happen) Overall, though, I’m satisfied and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for storage at a decent price and with reasonable hours.
