The place was ok but the cancelling experience was bad. They are clearly trying to milk customers for more months. Keep paper trails(email) to show them that you stated the move out date and that you cleared it the parking/storage unit. Don't forget to turn off auto billing after you paid an extra month for your 30 day notice part. Be on the lookout for one phone call from them verifying that you cleared out the spot, even though you stated in your email that you did already. They will not leave you a message if you don't pick up. They will just keep on trying to bill you. I found this part out after two months when I canceled. They were trying to get me for late fees and missed payments. This is where the email saves you.

This was the absolute worst storage unit facility that I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have horrible, almost non existent customer service. It's impossible to get a hold of them for any help. They make it impossible for you to report to them that your unit is empty. They they try to bill you for the empty unit. Save yourself the headache, find a different storage facility! I personally think they deserve zero stars! Also forgot to mention, rodents infest the units in the winter. They don't plow in the winter and rarely cut the grass in summer!

Not a personable or fair storage facility. My first day of renting this unit, We were five minutes late, and they charged me $50 to exit the gate. Phone operators said that it was the first time they have heard of such a thing.
