City Storage of San Francisco

Bonnie Baldwin went over and above anything I could have expected in my experience with City Storage. I was in from out of town setting up our storage unit and it turned out the shelves I ordered were two inches too tall. Bonnie jumped in and helped me fix the situation by removing two inches off the top of the shelving supports. She checked in with me the three days I was there and made sure that my time there went as smoothly as possible. I was grateful to have her help and support while I was there. Everyone at City Storage was very helpful and I appreciated all of their help and direction.

Fantastic & Friendly! No sales pressure to reserve or rent (unlike other public services.) Facility is spot on clean. Plenty of parking w easy in n out ramps for loading/offloading. Thank you, Jackie!

I used Storage Pro (City Storage in Indiana St.) for a few years, and the space and people were very easy to work with both to open a storage unit and to close out. Bonnie @ City Storage was incredibly accommodating during my storage unit close out, as I was moving cross country and my movers had shown up quite late- but she was super quick with the paper work and we were out in a jiffy! :) Thanks so much!!
