Loved working with Clutter for a few times. This time though the team (Sebastian and Mateo) went above and beyond in making sure my speakers were nicely wrapped and protected, strapped down in the truck. They kept me updated, consulted with me during the packaging and moving and overall were a delight to work with. I felt really taken care of even-though I was being super meticulous in how this needs to be done. I got nothing but a great can-do attitude. Thank you guys. Would hire them again and highly recommended.

Luis R. and Nathaniel B. were the movers who returned all of our things from storage. They were fast, efficient, extremely friendly and had great customer service. I would highly recommend working with them again. Thanks for making our storage return so easy!

Day 1 The original team from day one was a great start, including Alexandra (I unfortunately misplaced the review card). They set the tone for the entire experience. From the start, they were organized, clear, and reassuring. When you’re putting your life into storage, that first impression matters enormously. They made me feel like my belongings — and my situation — were being handled with care. Day 2 Joseph, Luis, Mateo, and David had a long, demanding day — and they showed up with stamina and attitude all the way through. By the time they were helping me wrap everything up, I was emotionally and physically drained. They helped me see the finish line. That matters more than people realize. They stayed solution-oriented, kept things moving, and handled the sheer volume and randomness of my belongings without complaint or friction. Five stories, multiple logistical challenges, lots of problem-solving — and not once did they act like it was too much. Instead, they were steady, upbeat, and collaborative. They made a very intense day feel manageable. They worked hard. Really hard. And they did it with professionalism and good energy. That combination is rare. Day 3 Anthony, DeAngelo, and Arnold were exceptional. This was an emotional move for me, and they handled it with professionalism and real humanity. I live in a five-story house with a lot of random, complicated, not-easily-boxed “life stuff,” and they never once made me feel overwhelmed, rushed, or like anything was a nuisance. They just calmly solved problems as they came up. Anthony stood out in particular — he was there on day one and day three, which created real continuity. He remembered details, checked in thoughtfully, and had a steady presence that genuinely helped regulate the chaos of moving. All three of them were also incredibly kind to my dog, which may seem small but absolutely mattered in a high-stress environment. They were efficient without being cold, friendly without being unprofessional, and genuinely a delight to have in my home. If I were their manager, I’d be very proud of the way they represent the company.
