Cubby Hole Texas 2 Self Storage & Moving Center-Bryan

My sister has a storage here. I was recommended many time to get one as well and now i will NOT. i went to go drop off some items for her and i didn’t know they closed at 8pm !! In or out?? I was trying to leave and gate would not open! Called the emergency number and lady that answered was so RUDE! Said that they closed at 8pm and we had to be out at 8pm mind you when i was trying to leave it was 8:05pm! When i tried to explain to her that i was just dropping something off and was not aware that i was not going to be able to get out. She was very sasy and rude. And then said that she will CHARGE $35! For coming out and let me leave ? I never ever write reviews and especially if im not a customer but this really is horrible management.

This place took my buggy while I was working next door at a church construction site and refused to give it back. If management is like that who would trust them to take care of my stuff. It wasn't even on their property. Normally an adult who is honorable would have left it alone. I had power tools of various types worth several hundred dollars, clothes, fingernail assesories with polish ,paints, new bible, Snow cone maker, globe, and several other things. I am between homes right now and that was all I had in this world and when I told her she didn't care at all. Now I have nothing! No clothes! My wallet with id ear buds. I mean anyone with a heart would have given me my things. Not her.i wouldn't even give them a star. Oh and now when I call the number it tells me the number is disconnected. They took my stuff and then acted like it was no big deal and didn't return it. The black lady with red hair was was rude and as manager she didn't think that she could or can get in trouble. I have no way of reaching the company now she took it for all the fingernail products in it.

Nisha and her team are great to work with! I spent about 30 minutes with her trying to understand and get her what was needed for a company rental. She was professional and patient. Fair rates and excellent customer service
