The team was very courteous and understanding of my position. They held a spot for me for a week due to a family illness that took me out of state. I told them if they had a chance to rent the space before I could get back into town I would understand and they stated they were willing to wait for me to get back from the Midwest. That kind of cutstomer service is few and far between nowadays.

I had an excellent experience with CubeSmart! The facility is extremely clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They made renting a unit simple and stress-free, and took the time to answer all my questions clearly.

My mom had a storage there for many years. She never had a problem. I have had a storage there for over 2 years and never had a problem. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I live an hour away. But I work in Worcester. I have interrupted Sammie’s lunch and he didn’t seem to mind. He was very patient and courteous. Thank you
