CAUTION!!!⚠️ DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE PLACE AT THIS TIME! Climate control unit rodent issue! I have never been more disgusted with my experience this time. We hired movers to move our 5 bedrooms storage area into our new home. We have a climate control unit. The movers came to use concerned reporting rodent feces and urination all over our furniture and boxes. I went to report and immediately was put of to filing an insurance claim which, thank God I had insurance but I am still awaiting to hear from them. There was a strong odor when entering the climate control unit there is a strong odor as well. Bugs were in our deep freezer and what appears to be other things too. I’m am in disbelief that I have to experience something like this. I have had storage here before and did not have this issue. I can’t believe all my items are ruined moving into my new home and I am basically having to replace everything and out thousands of dollars. I think what gets me the most is the protocol for something like this, it’s a joke. The insurance company is an issue, there’s no way to get in touch with a claims adjusted and every call attempt goes to voicemail immediately on the first ring. Even then supervisor. I am utterly disgusted with this entire situation/process. I should be reimbursed for my storage cost and items loss at total cost of everything. My family and I are having a horrible experience of enjoy our move into a new home for something that should’ve been prevented. I’m literally in tears about this situation and so much for a great new home experience. Update: STAY AWAY FROM THERE INSURANCE: Great American Insurance, they will NOT cover any lost including water damage that isn’t considered a flood/puddle style. Get a separate insurance policy. This company only takes your money for common/potential storage unit issues. A total waste monthly!!! THEY ARE A JOKE!!!

The move in process seemed easy online but after explaining what I needed, the agent gave me a unit that is not easily accessible for a move! Very huge inconvenience and time consuming to correct. Now I have to go in on my moving day to correct! Advice to others- Do NOT trust the facility to choose a unit for you. Visit in person to make sure it fits your needs! Update: I went to the location to change my unit and they gave me a 10×5 and tried convincing me it was a 10x20!!! Over an hour wasted waiting and trying to correct them while movers waited with my items! This location made my moving experience horrible!!! And yes, I asked for a refund but it has to be approved by the district manager and takes 2 days to be reviewed and may not be approved!!
