CubeSmart Self Storage

So far, so good. Very competitive rates. Specials for new accounts or clients. Easy access being able to drive right up to it. There is no loading hand trucks, then dragging everything onto an elevator, then lugging it to wherever the unit is once inside. Very simple layout. There are occasionally times when simple is smart!

So far I have used CubeSmart for the past three years and Robert has been a dear. Great customer service and actually pretty good since of humor, lol. Since he has been on the property, he has fixed A lot of annoying issues. I do wish that the climate control was a bit colder and had lighting inside the units but Personally, I feel like it’s all about Customer Service because if you have someone who’s working there and don’t care, it makes a big difference in your experience and how the property is ran. He’s not the police, but he’s attentive to who comes into the gate and there’s not been any thefts!!! So thank you so very much Robert and keep up the amazing work!

I would like to express my appreciation for great customer service by Robert at CubeSmart Self Storage at store # 0886. I recently originally leased 1 large storage unit online. I received a call from the store GM Robert, whom invited me over to view the unit and answer any questions I may have. Upon arrival I was great by him and another employee, taken to the unit, my questions answered and completed the transaction. After I loaded the first unit, I realized I needed another unit of the same size. Robert assisted and assigned me the right next to my original unit for my convenience. Through this process he was very friendly and professional. He is definitely an asset to CubeSmart Self Storage. There is a need for more representation like Robert. Moving is always stressful and friendly, professional people such as himself to assist in an ease the storage process makes for positive results for the person making the move. Thanks Robert!
