Everything about my experience was exceptional! From the booking online to the tour I was provided onsite. The best thing about this place was my sales rep MaryAnne! She was very pleasant and sweet. She even went through all the unit details with me so I understood what I was going to be charged monthly. Maryanne even got me a better deal than what I booked online for, to say the least she was a LIFE SAVER.

Super accommodating storage facility. When both of my sons decided to move to Indiana, we needed a centralized storage for them while they were in college. MaryAnne was so nice and easy to work with, as we signed up while we were still in Florida. Finally moved out today...will be my 1st choice if we need it, again.

I want to give a special shoutout to Abigail over at CubeSmart. We ran into a complicated situation where the CubeSmart system went down and, although our monthly rent had been charged, it didn’t properly register in their system. It created a bit of confusion and could have easily turned into a frustrating experience. Abigail handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. She made multiple calls, worked through the complications, and stayed on top of it until things were sorted out. Throughout the process, she was accommodating, understanding, and incredibly pleasant to work with. Situations like that can be stressful, but Abigail made it smooth and manageable. Thank you for your help and for going the extra mile — it truly made a difference.
