She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found the best option for my needs. Youllanda and Shonda were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Youllanda helped us determine which unit size was correct showed us the units. She was great to work with! Shonda was very knowledgeable in helping us check out and process all payments, letting us know all the details of the contract. All in all a very smooth and pleasant experience!

I give 5 stars for the amazing staff. They are really nice, and professional, and feel like actual buddies, while doing their job. The only issue would be lack of a place to put garbage—and that’s a company issue, overall. There should be a bin on each floor, if not just by the entrance. We shouldn’t have to find somewhere to throw trash, when sorting through our locker. Outside of that, the experience has been so positive, we have not found other storage, or quit—and if/when we do, it would only be because you don’t want to “need” storage forever. Keep the staff keeping on, and get bins for the floors.. 😄🙏. Thank you for your time, and attention.

Just moved in. Unit looks brand new! So clean! Shanda was great - helpful and knowledgeable about the facility - she went out of her way to make the process smooth. Parking is easy. Access is easy. So far so good.

Shanda was extremely efficient, straight to the point, and kind. i was so anxious because of moving and dealing with a storage unit and she was very knowledgeable and great at her job :)
