I went into CubeSmart yesterday and Diyon was extremely helpful in getting me exactly the unit I needed. He was respectful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. I’ve been in and out of this particular CubeSmart location over the last 10 years, and this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had here. Even after some customers ahead of me were being difficult, Diyon stayed positive, patient, and professional. I don’t leave reviews often, but this was absolutely an exception.
