CubeSmart Self Storage of Long Island City

I stored with this location for nearly two years. I have to say that the storage is really clean and tidy all the time. Besides a little dust, I don’t see any roaches or mice. The entire team was responsible and friendly. Special shoutout to RJ the maintenance guy! I met him the first day of moving in and he was very helpful. The day I moved out, the storage was supposed to open at 9am but no sales people were there. RJ helped me opening the garage doors and opened the front door so I could come in and not waiting in the cold. Before I left he wished me all the best in the new year which was so sweet. I don’t have anything negative to say about the space or the team. The only thing I wanted to mention is that the monthly membership did go up at some point during my time there. I moved out on the second day of a new billing cycle and I reached out to the sales team and asked if I could only pay for those two days instead of the entire month. They said no they don’t do prorated billing..which is quite rigid.

Destiny, Amanda, JR and bryan are all the best in the industry. I came to look and sign my lease at this location and I was greeted by Destiny. She gave me a big, nice smile. I went to see a unit in which was the perfect size for my items. When me and Destiny came downstairs, the whole team was so kind!!! Bryan and Amanda both said thank you for storing here and we appreciate your business. Jr even helped me put my items in the cart to bring upstairs. I can't even say THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THESE AMAZING PEOPLE!! They truly deserve a raise or even commision for their awesome customer service!!!

Customer Service was amazing. Amanda was very professional and helpful along with the young lady whom she was training. I forgot her name but she was attentive and focused at all times. You have a great team at the 21st location.

Destiny and Junior are the best!!! Excellent costumer service. They both walked me through every step of the process. Junior showed me every unit I asked for. They are very easy to do business with. Thank you both!

My friend recently has a unit in the queensbridge cubesmart and I must admit I'm astonished!! Didn't expect the friendly service from the store manager and her associate plus the unit and building itself was spic n span clean!!! Unit itself was impeccable and from bathroom to inside premises I was totally impressed!! Store manager accommodated all her customers as I was in lobby with professionalism and knowledge . I'm normally a picky person expecting something negative in these types of companies but I must say...IMPRESSED!!!
