When I tell you that this was the most simplest process to rent a storage unit online and go to the unit and load in my unit the same day! Within minutes of each! And staff followed up with a call afterwards, just welcoming! But the process was super simple! I’m grateful!

Location was convenient, and I was able to start the reservation fully online. About 3 months in, I was informed my bill would go up 26% the next month. I attempted calling and emailing without any response received as to why a 26% increase was selected. Comes across as unorganized and greedy.
