DO NOT!!!!! RENT FROM THEM!!!! They raise the price every 3 months! We asked if they would not do this since we are on automatic payment and will receive the rent on time. They made it around $20 less. We just got ANOTHER rent increase and they said that's what they do. CubeSmart expects that you don't want to go through the hassle to move everything out. We are moving out. They just lost a dependable customer!!!

Ive only been in the location maybe 1 year. They have already did 2 rent increases. The 1st 1 i disputed. Like come on! Just got the new notice last week. Last week I wanted to sort/organize my unit. The 1 next to me was empty. I asked the clerk if I could use it JUST to pull/sort/organize (just so that my things would not be in the walkway or blocking any other units) he said no (we can't do that) I explained it was just while I was here today (around 3pm) he said no. I then went to work on my unit. 2 hrs in I asked can I rent the next unit for 24 hours? (I needed my husband to move heavier things which would have been the next day. Didn't want to put things back only to pull them out the next day. He said no we dont do that. Omg. Ok how about I RENT the unit for a month (u know the promo.... $1 for the 1st month) his reply was since your already a customer u can't get that promo. Like dude u hear I REALLY only needed 24 hours. So we both called corp. He left a message. I got prompt this prompt button that with no answer. So I just continued with my clean. He then called & said ok we can rent it to u. Just pay the $65 fee. SURE! I come down stairs and ge hands me the WELCOME packet. Like dude are u SLOW? I dint need the welcome packet. And a lock charge! I said I have my own lock. So the balance dropped to $45. All of that for 24 hrs? Well NOW im gonna take the ENTIRE month to organize EVEN more! GREAT customer service Frankie....NOT!
