Dependable Storage

We rented a storage unit after our move home from South Dakota. We've been with Dependable Storage roughly 3 years+. You were there with a reasonable rental price when we really needed it. It was clean and spacious. Exactly what we needed. Even though price increased twice while we were there it stayed reasonable. However, the young lady managing the place seemed somewhat rude when we moved out. My wife was driving her personal car and parked in one of the 4 or 5 spaces in front of the building only to go in and tell her we were moving out. The manager came out and told her she couldn't park there? So my question is why are there parking spaces there if not for customer parking. We were just confused since she didn't offer a reason why my wife could not park there. Otherwise it was a good experience. Thanks so much.

Amazing customer service and high quality unit. I had my stuff with them for over 2 years. When moving out, nothing had dust and there were no bugs. The halls were always clean and there were always carts available to help you get your heavy stuff in and out. This was definitely a dependable storage. 10/10 would recommend:)

This place is a complete waste of money and time. Worst customer service I've ever received they talk about "safety/security" yet put someone else's ID on my account then wouldn't allow me to get access to my stuff even with the correct information. Made me jump through every possible obstacle and hoop. They will change your gate code without ever notifying you then make it near impossible to get one. The front desk lady, Nicole, is never there and is a complete waste of air. Idk how she has a job. They tell you to call a number that just goes straight to voicemail. I wouldn't put your stuff here unless you want issues, a huge headache, and don't want access to your stuff. And don't even get me started on the issues when trying to close this account. It literally took calling to cops to get my account closed. Do NOT go here!
