Derrel's Mini Storage

This place is terrible. My Mother has a unit with them. She has been hospitalized for the past 5 weeks. While in the hospital her wallet and phone were lost. My Mom is on SSI her money comes on a card she has no bank. I have reached out to the storage management and they have no empathy, they state that cannot/will not waive her late fee. Just 1 month and they cannot waive it while her new card comes? Terrible.

I went an helped a friend at this storage place and the lady who says she was assistant manager was awful I followed my friend's car in to help with their storage an she flew in right after me on golf cart an yelled at me saying wat the hell am I doing there she didn't give me a chance to respond at all before she said I need to get the hell out of there an dont come back so I didn't get to help my friend move which was awful an rude she proceeded to tailgate me an harass me till I got out of that place an even almost hit my car with her golf cart because she was that angry I've never seen such unprofessional service I told her u almost hit my car wat are u doing an she said shut up an leavean don't come back I was shocked an bit my tongue because I was going to give her a mouth full but I don't talk to elders like that so I said sorry an have nice day instead an she said just leave an dont come back an said she hopes I have a bad day. Wow unbelievable the nerve I will be calling corporate office today she should not be working there she represents this company poorly I did nothing wrong I will not get a storage here ever nor will I recommend

To be honest the owners before was great but these days the prices went up 3 times and secure its not plus there workers are not helpful
