The team was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. They even provided a tracking link so I could see where the truck was while my belongings were in transit, which gave me great peace of mind. I also appreciated that they alerted me 24 hours before arrival at my new location. The movers in New Jersey who packed everything and the team in Texas who delivered and unpacked were amazing, professional, courteous, and genuinely kind people. On top of the excellent service, their pricing was the best compared to the other quotes we received. The entire experience felt organized and professional from start to finish. I would absolutely use Dumbo again and highly recommend them to family and friends.

I highly recommend working with him if you can. He followed up several times before pickup to confirm details and made sure we felt prepared. The short animated video he sent on how to prepare for the movers was also helpful. You hear a lot of negative stories about moving companies trying to get one over on you, but that was not our experience. He was transparent and consistent the whole way through. We had two guys Nicholas annd Robert from Truck 91, and they did a great job. They were polite, personable, and clearly took pride in their work. They made sure our furniture and TVs were protected, wrapped everything carefully, broke down what needed to be broken down, and put it all back together at our new place. If we move again, we would use Dumbo Moving and Storage again. I would recommend them.
