Anthony was an exceptional help took the time to show us around even though it was very cold out. There was an amazing accommodation for moving things and Jose also very helpful as well. Everything is very clean and modern and extremely affordable. Thank you again for all of your help and making this transition easy for us.

I've been a customer for over 10 years and have rented multiple storage locations within this location. My storage cost has increased over 100% within that time. My classic vehicle was struck within this property by a work truck, I was notified by a storage neighbor and immediately contacted management. I contacted police, received a court date and notified management. They said they would provide me with a copy of the video (which clearly showed the truck striking my parked vehicle) and also was told they would be a physical witness on the day of. The day came and went, no witness, no video and I lost the case costing me thousands in damage. Since then new management has taken over and the prices have skyrocketed for no apparent reason. Every few months we receive a notice the the price is increasing due to upgrades that never come. The facility has been the same since I came to it in 2012. No upgrades, just standard maintenance. They call changing lightbulbs upgrades. I am currently deployed overseas and have no way of removing my stored items so I'm subject to this company robbing my money every month while I fight for their freedom. Dear management, how many upgrades have you performed on a parking space to increase the price from $115 to $240? Waiting for a response.... Future customers, find yourself a place that won't increase the price every quarter for no reason when all the other storage facilities in the area (major companies with multiple locations) do not increase their prices at such an accelerated rate. I cannot recommend this storage facility as it is governed by a management that governs itself, there is no one to complain to. Complaining customers get their things forcefully removed or have their rates increased to oblivion to drive them out.
