Leea is the most wonderful kind hearted employee you have at this location. She is such a great help when I come to the office. She helps me go to my unit and is always keeping me up to date on billing dates. She's a kind soul and don't know where I would be without her help! She's amazing and makes my visits easy and delightful!

Great customer service and a shockingly clean restroom. Jermaine was super helpful and knowledgeable. My friend got a unit here and she was quite indecisive; while I was getting frustrated with her, Jermaine did not and was super helpful in providing multiple options. I will definitely recommend this location to others.

We had really liked this place and booked in November, but after 3 months were notified by mail that our unit was going up by $100 bc they do 3mo price adjustments. The price online price as of today is still what we booked under though. We won’t be able to continue with this large fee increase and caution others to be aware/ check contract
