My experience with Extra Space Storage was good. Falisha made the process very easy for me she wasn't trying to just rent me a unit to get money. She was patient and understand on what my needs were. Overall her and Kalyan did amazing job, .

I was moving and knew I needed a Storage but time got away from me and they were closed. I called customer service after hours and got a Storage with no problem. Then the day that I was headed there, I realize I needed a bigger storage unit and when I called customer service once again they helped me with no problem. The next day a representative from the actual location gave me a call as well Justin be sure everything went the way that I needed it to go. This is a great customer service hands-down.
