Extra Space Storage

I just rented my storage unit im very happy with the experience so far! Dave was the front desk man today and he was so sweet and helpful! I love the transparency this company has they make it so easy to work with and the rates are amazing! I would definitely recommend to my friends or anyone who needs storage. Thank you so much!! Excellent, Dave was very friendly and made everything very nice and easy. He showed me a couple units so I had A good idea of what I needed. The price was great and he made my transition from the older unit to the new one a breeze. I saved some money and got a great unit. David made everything so easy and quick. Really recommend this storage unit. Is large and affordable and very well situated. I live in Manhattan and even though it’s a little way away from me, it doesn’t matter because I’m saving a lot of money. This unit in Manhattan would be more than double.

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Ali. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and went out of his way to help me with a lock issue I was having. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the problem was fully resolved before I left. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only good at their job but also genuinely cares about providing great service. Ali definitely made the whole experience easy and stress-free.
