She took the time to answer all my questions, explain the options, and helped me find the right unit without making the process feel rushed or pressured. The facility itself is very clean, well organized, and has a professional environment, which made me feel comfortable storing my belongings here. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other places I checked. Lexy made the whole process smooth and easy, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. If you’re looking for storage in the area, I definitely recommend checking this location. Great service all around.

When it comes to customer service, this location does not disappoint! The manager Lexi has been nothing but helpful, kind and attentive to me and my family and even helped us clean our unit at one point. Speaking of which, this is one of the cleaner storage places Ive been to. I haven't seen any trash or litter and even more surprisingly, no bugs or spiders in my aunts unit that's had boxes and furniture in it for nearly six years. If you want a safe place to store your stuff you cant go wrong with this one.
