Extra Space Storage

The front desk woman at this store is my all time favorite rep! She helped me set up my first unit quickly and seamlessly. Today, I went to see about getting a second. After I had said it would be nice if there was one next my first unit, and low and behold, it was available! During our visit, she was able to answer a couple of questions for me, process the lease and walk with me to check out the unit. The unit is clean and ready to hold on to my precious belongings. ♥

I’ve had a storage unit here for a while now, and I can confidently say the customer service makes all the difference. Nicole is consistently kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. On multiple occasions she went above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares and takes pride in helping customers, and it absolutely shows here.
