Extra Space Storage

Ian was wonderful. Excellent customer service. He was very patient and he took a great amount of time to show us the different unit sizes. He gave us an estimate as to what would possibly fit in each storage unit and directed us on the best way to enter & leave the facility. Thank you and great job Ian.

The gentlemen at the service desk were extremely helpful, informative, and actually appeared to be happy to be there, and to help, which you don't see often. The place was extremely clean and well organized. And they pay attention. I got lost walking through the 3rd level - and they came to help. Thank you both for and outstanding experience and outstanding service!

I haven't had a storage unit in years and the process has definitely changed for the better. I called the toll free number to see what they offered. The rep was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. In a matter of minutes I had my new unit and all the detailed info emailed and texted to me. The unit is in a new building, with an elevator, so it is very clean and convenient. I am very happy with the service and product. My only suggestion is when you get off the elevator to have number ranges on the wall for the various units like they do in hotels and signage for the elevators.
