Since Adam is gone the customer service is so terrible so I'm forced to move out cuz charging triple price in the Tiniest unit. I've always payed my bills monthly & requested twice for owners to call me to get resolved but nothing. Steve has lied 3 times telling me my last payment was in January, we agreed he fix my bill I would pay & move out today before March. IM HERE & HE LUES AGAIN TRYING TO SCAMME & CLAIMED A LADY CALLED ME YESTERDAY AFTER I REQUESTED A CALL MULTIPLE TIMES BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. STEVE LOCKED ME OUT

Convenient location, many options to choose from. Very accommodating to our needs. Clean and dry. Security was excellent. Very easy to move-out and move-in. Will use again if needed.

Raised rent 3 times in 1 year. Over a 50% increase. Greed. My advice don't rent at publicly traded companies. On top of that the gate had issues many times throughout the year. They begged me for a review the day I moved in. I'm guessing to prevent authentic reviews before they jack your rent up
