Extra Space Storage

Been renting the tiny unit for going on 2yrs, Adam was always so helpful & I pay every month. Now Zach is saying I have to pay double the amount. I've asked for the upper District manager to call me back a wk ago so I can get my bill corrected & payed & still just Steve calling for double amount. Today I called the regular customer service in hope to get it done & they also was no help saying I need to pay for next month to or getting locked out. Why would I pay next month if I'm moving my stuff out this wknd before the 1st?? Plus no upper management calling me back. Not ok

I dealt with Zach and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also got me the best value for my storage needs. I would recommend anyone to deal with Zach and Self Storage.

Steven and Zach are absolutely AMAZING! The place is super clean, the pricing is great and they have everything very well organized. I have never had to worry about anything. The one problem I have had wasn't even their fault and they helped me get everything sorted out in just a few minutes. I'm never using another storage place. I've had things in storage places before but I am so happy to have switched!
