Extra Space Storage

They have TRIPLED my rate from just 2 years ago! They get you in there on a good rate, double, then triple your rate knowing you are committed to the space! I have paid on time each every month. But that doesn't matter in their scheme. The space is great; not sure why they limit the access hours to 6pm.

Ruby was exceptionally patient and considerate. She took the time to understand my concerns about my bill and gently guided me through using the extra space app, showing kindness and understanding.

This place is amazing. I was able to secure a unit on the weekend when no one was there, go in, load it up, and lock it, all without having to interact with someone. The price was great and this location is amazing. It's incredibly clean and modern.
