⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just want to take a moment to say how thankful I am for the help I received from Theodore at Extra Space Storage on 880 E Rollins Rd in Round Lake Beach. Before calling this location, I had called several other storage places, and honestly, no one was as kind, patient, or helpful as he was. From the very first call, he treated me with respect, took the time to answer every single question I had, and made sure I completely understood everything about the unit, the fees, and the process. I was stressed and unsure about what I needed, but he made everything so easy and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his job. He went above and beyond to help me find the best option for my situation and made me feel like I was in good hands. It’s not often you come across people who genuinely want to help, and Theodore truly made a difference. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and kindness he showed me. If anyone needs storage, I 100% recommend going to this location and asking for Theodore — he’s the best!

Would give zero if I could. Rented a space for our camper, signed a contract at $57 per month. 3 months in we received a note telling us that there was a bogus promotional period and our new monthly total was now doubled to $114. Watch out for the bait and switch. We cancelled immediately, which is probably what they wanted. Now they can move in someone willing to pay a lot more. Shame on them for this business practice. Stay clear! Response to owners reply: Yes, this does reflect your values. Just because you reply to these posts apologizing, it doesn't mean you're a good business. The fact that you allow innocent folks to move all their items in, get settled and then double the rent is disgusting. Most have no choice now because it would be too much work to move out.
