Extra Space Storage

I was fine with this place...until today!! I was paying $85/mo. Today $159 was drafted out of my account without my knowledge of an increase!!! The person that answered the phone said I was sent notice via a postcard by USPS. Really? This company thinks that the United States Postal Service is still reliable? In this digital age, don't you think it would be responsible of this company to send an email as well so you know for sure your customers will receive the increase one way or another??? Ridiculous! And they don't care if people are struggling! Now I have to figure out another place to put my belongings at a time that I'm just trying to freaking survive! Thanks for adding to my plate, I refuse to give them anymore of my money!!!

Raul & Hilda helped me a lot trying to get a storage unit and some supplies I needed so my furniture and mattress won’t be damaged. Great communication as well.

My husband has a unit at this location and we needed another unit. I did the reservation for the wrong location and I called and Star answered the phone I asked if I could do it at the location. She said her office was under construction but she could do it over the phone. She made it so simple and easy for us. Considering they are not on location it was very clean. Thank you Star for an amazing experience over the phone.
