Extra Space Storage

This has been best customer service experience. The Manager and Assistant Manager are so friendly, helpful, competent, and professional. They made me feel very welcome. They keep the building IMMACULATE! The floors are so clean, as is the entire facility. There are plenty of carts whenever I go there, and the elevator always works. There is plenty of parking every time. Also, the facilities are secure. They Manager and/or the Assistant Manager greet me when I see them. Overall, it’s an incredibly well run facility. I couldn’t ask for more. They’ve made me a very happy customer. Keep up the great work! Thank you Oliver and Antoine!

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the process. Antoine’s courteous and attentive service really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued.
