5 stars for the staff! I wish I recalled their names 🥲 but both today (1/13/2026) at around 1:30-2:30pm we’re so helpful! From supporting with finding my storage unit & then having to switch to a bigger sized unit very last minute. Both were super accommodating, kind, and patient as I moved in a full 1 Bed 1 Bath worth of items! 3 stars for the storage unit itself - the bathroom is a little bit spooky. I wish there little banners like at grocery stores that give a visual of the unit numbers in the specific section. It would also be super helpful if there were lights within the unit.

Signed up for storage, and then out of the blue somebody calls me and thanked me and tells me that I need to come in and pick up my lock and get set up with my locker. Who does that? No, seriously, the caller was extremely polite but me? I was expecting it to be a cold call, and so already had my phaser set on stun. Drove in this morning and was greeted by very friendly, very pleasant people. I still have to move my stuff in, but so far my experience has been quite pleasant. The site looks good, there is parking in downtown San Francisco!! And that is very helpful. The only thing, however, is that you are not supposed to use the dumpsters there to dump your old, unwanted items. I was tempted to, but I asked, and so I know. And now you know.

Advertised one rate then raised the price after a few months of storing. Not a reasonable amount, either. Almost 100 dollars more. The notice was sent via mail so we didn’t receive it in time to inform them we’d like to cancel. Seems like a company operating in bad faith with scammy practices. Gross. Avoid the headache and look elsewhere
