Extra Space Storage

Quincy Wills has been instrumental in helping our daughter and son—in-law with their temporary storage needs as they prepared their townhome for sale. He not only was helpful in advising them of their storage size for this need but also advised them of their future storage needs as they look for a home in a different location (again at an extra space storage facility). He is always patient and courteous when answering our questions. The supplies at Extra Space Storage are also high quality and competitively priced. It’s such a nice, welcoming place, and a big part of that is due to Quincy! Thank you, Quincy!!

I use this company for storage. After 90 days I was charged $92 more dollars without notice at all. They said they mailed something to me and ai received no mail. I verified the address on file and Carol from customer service said it was not the address. Which she repeated it to me later in the conversation and it was the address. However, I never received any mail. No one notified me at the time of service that the rates will be going up. These people are stealing money. The rate they offer you IS NOT THE RATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME. They will not point this out. When you try to call they have only one customer service rep CAROL who is RUUUUUUUUUDE!!!!!!!!! I asked if she would escalate the call she said she couldn’t and no one was available. After screaming at her I finally got her to escalate the call. I had to literally scream.

Great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and secure, which made the entire process stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Easy access, clear communication, and no issues at all. Highly recommend if you need reliable storage.
