Excellent service from start to finish. Mr. Munoz was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He made renting a storage unit simple and stress-free, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I had exactly what I needed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure. I truly appreciated the level of customer service and would highly recommend this location…especially working with Mr. Munoz.

Luis is very kind and friendly. Very informative about the facility and to let us know new changes are happening for Extra Space Storage. We asked to see 2 spaces and decided on what will best fit our needs. At check out he also went into detail explaining the costs. We are pleased to have him us today.

Great customer service and overall experience. The only two things I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND are: adding digital access to the front gate and doing a thorough steam power wash of the facility grounds, as it was quite dirty. I even found dog feces on the driveway that looked like someone had driven over and smeared it further :(
