Extra Space Storage

I Began renting at the facility in 2024. At first, the facility was very affordable. I was paying $152.81 for a 5 x 10 room on the 3rd floor. Then by 2026, I was nearly paying $200 in rent….. At first I thought “oh maybe they’re doing some major renovations inside the building. Make it more accessible and efficient Maybe buying more carts We’re cleaning up that Brown stain in the elevator” …. No Just more storage garages outside And for some reason, a door in the middle of the hallway?, I’m on the third floor Trying to push my Stuff in and out of my locker why is there a door in the middle of the hallway when there wasn’t one it makes no sense. Then, when you try to hold the door open with the magnet , the magnet is flipped on top of the door So it won’t stay open. The employees were very nice and helpful. Other than that The facility was becoming way too expensive for me so I decided to take everything out. Not sure if I would come back and rent again. Also there’s absolutely no cell service in the building.

I’d like to start off saying thanks for doubling my lease in just under 2 years. I went yesterday & there were no carts + no other person in the entire storage unit, so I couldn’t even wait for one. So I went around each door until I found one & took it for my entrance, which is what I’m assuming everyone else is doing too since there’s one cart in the entire facility. I’m on the 3rd floor, cart full of stuff, & the elevator decides it doesn’t want to work for a whole 20 minutes. I decide to go down floor by floor to try to see if there’s a reason why this elevator won’t work because I can’t come any other day to empty out this unit. & guess what. The first floor door is locked :-) so I have to run back upstairs & pray to god that I won’t have to call an emergency number to have them get me out since I’m trapped inside a commercial building. God finally heard my prayers, 20 min later, & I can hear the elevator start working. Reluctantly I got on & hoped it wouldn’t give out on me half way down. Honestly, I don’t even care anymore. I wouldn’t even be writing this if you guys would answer your phones. I’ve left 2 voicemails & have no answer. I want to make sure you guys honored the move out date I scheduled for today. Store manager, if you’re reading this, please call me back, my unit is empty. Thanks

Extra Space Storage has been awesome! The whole process from move-in to access is super easy and convenient. The units are spotless, the security is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I really appreciate how organized and professional everything is — makes storing my stuff completely stress-free.
