Easiest storage i ever opened. Off site customer service was great, unlike most experiences I have had with other places. These people on the phone were on it. Unit had a lock waiting for my crew, so convenient! Totally happy so far. Have not had the pleasure meeting onsite folks yet.

The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I have questions. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which gives me a lot of peace of mind when storing my belongings. Got onto site and spoke with Micheal, Micheal is very helpful, showing technician the door and was patient and trusting of vendors to work on his door without his supervision. Got his door fixed. And was happy to see his smiles.
