Extra Space Storage

I had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage, especially during our move-out process. Moving can be stressful, but Michael made everything so much easier. He was genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything, answered all our questions without rushing us, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customer service the way he does. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Michael absolutely deserves a raise. Employees like him are the reason customers come back and recommend this place to others. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I have had a storage locker at this facility for six years and have been very happy with my experience here. I feel safe and secure when I’m here. The building and lot are clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Michael has been particularly helpful to me. I definitely recommend this place.
