Horrible people, horrible communication skills, tried to move my 70-year-old.Grandma and didn't have any selection available really. then once We paid the premium prices they proceeded to treat us rudely and then charge does charged as a bunch of fees at the end for no reason. Highly recommend you go choose anywhere else to get your u haul services!! Have a blessed day!

Andrea‘s customer service is wonderful and always a 10 out of 10!! We have had our unit for years and have never had anything but exceptional customer service from her.
