Fort Knox Self Storage

Probably the best storage facility I've ever rented from! Clean, safe, and friendly service. And always a big help when needed - especially Ray, he's truly a sweetheart. Their prices are very reasonable. I've been having a 10x10 unit for nearly 12 yrs now and haven't had one problem. My rate was only increased by $17 once. Within the next few months I'll be renting another unit from them even though I'm no longer living in Mandeville.

Clean, safe and secure! I had a unit at the Mandeville location for 5 years. The place was always clean and secured. Never felt unsafe there even on some visits in the middle of the night for whatever obscure possession I needed. Ray and the team there were always kind and helpful whenever I needed assistance from the office with anything. I would definitely recommend Fort Knox and the Mandeville team to anyone needing climate controlled storage.

I can't complain. Their service was superb, the unit was available, nice and clean. A/c was nice as we worked to move our things in. Unit access is available 24 hours a day (unlike some of their competitors). There is keypad entry to doors and elevator, bathroom available on ground floor, timed light switches for people who like to see energy conservation, a moving truck available to move in (although we didn't use it) and wonderful rolling carts to minimize the back breaking work. Best prices too. I give them 5-stars easily.
